Unload the machine using safe lifting techniques.
Position the machine in a dry, hazard free
environment to allow for suitable material feed
and access to electrical power.

Note: At cold temperatures below 35 F., oil
thickens and will cause machine to start up hard.
To prevent hard startup, leave machine in warm
area overnight (8 hours).

Secure 100 feet of blowing hose to machine
outlet with a hose clamp.

Remove slide gate locking pin, open the slide
gate to the last hole position for attic blow & re-
insert locking pin. (See owner’s manual for wall
applications.)

Ensure all controls are in the “off” position.

Use a 12-3 extension cord no longer than 50 feet
to connect the machine’s power cord to a
dedicated circuit 115V 20amp or 15amp.

To power machine, first turn the blower switch to
the “onposition, then the agitator switch to the
“on position.

Now use the remote switches to first turn the
blower, then agitator “on”. When turning
machine “off”, turn agitator “off” first, then blower.

Open a bag of insulation and hand feed the
insulation material into the hopper. Do not let
the plastic bag or other foreign objects fall into
the hopper; do not force feed insulation..

At completion, use the remote or panel switch to
turn machine off.

Remove any insulation still in the system.

Make sure you return all parts and accessories
when bringing machine, hose, and power cord (if
supplied) to the rental center from which it was
obtained.
